One of the greatest gifts Yin Yoga gives, is finding stillness in discomfort. Beginning this work on our mat, cultivates the tools and awareness that allows us to bring this skill into our everyday life.
In order to completely embody who we are, and who we are meant to be, we need to turn inward and listen to the wisdom and awareness accessible to us in the stillness of this practice.
Yin and movement are key tools used in my Awareness Coaching and Inward Bound Journeys as well.
